Today, the Sparrows had a good time listening stories in the library. After they observed the books displayed on the tables, each Sparrow chose one to bring back to the classroom.
Back in the classroom the teachers read another book about animals, and since the children showed a lot of interest in them, the study of animals became the Sparrow's new learning subject.
The class voted between jungle and sea creatures and the result was: 8 for sea creatures and 3 for jungle animals.
During choice time, friends choices were dollhouse, magnatiles, books, drawing table, and bristle blocks.
Some of the Sparrow friends played the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom literacy game. which is a fun and entertaining way to practice the ABC's and their sounds.
