B I N G O

Weekend News

Mya- I went to Santo Domingo and I went to the pool and beach and I saw a spinner dolphin splashing. I build sandcastles and then when I was at the pool. There was a dinner place with ice cream and I saw a friend Olivia and I swim with her.

Yana- I went to the beach and get crabs with my cousin and brother and then we found a teeny tiny one. My first cousin had a small one and he run and tell me to get some water. Then my second cousin get a big one like a rock.

Zoë- One time I go to a big city to watch my cousin named Maya. She had a performance and I watched her and she had all that make up and a fancy white coat and lipgloss. Then I go to get ice cream and say bye to my cousin.

Taylor- Yesterday, on Monday, I went to Sesame Street. I ride and play games and then I had funnel cake. Then on Saturday, I went to Toys 'R' Us and got new toys.

Henry- I got a toy from the truck. Mommy buyed it for me.

Lincoln- I play with my mom. I went to the new mall. Toby got a transformer and I got a Chewbaca car.

Devin- I got to go to the mall and I got to go to Jaylen's birthday. I played a rocket ship game in the Apple store. After that I got to go home and play outside with my mommy. After that, I got to go to Jaylen's party. After that I got to have a lollipop.

Natey- I go in the fair. I go in Jaylen's party.

Jaylen- I played at my birthday. We ate cake.

Thea- I played with my family. We played bingo. I went to the beach. I played with Quinny.

Zev- I slept and then it was tomorrow and I got dressed and went downstairs. I went out my house and drove in the car and then went to school.



Today in Spanish we played bingo with Alicia! Having read and reviewed 

Oso pardo, oso pardo, ¿qué ves ahí? the past couple weeks, the Sparrows put their knowledge to the test by playing a bingo version of the book. Friends' Spanish speaking skills have truly grown and blossomed over the course of the year. It is amazing to watch friends pick up words and phrases, and use them appropriately with one another and Alicia.

Following Spanish class, we had morning meeting and choice time.
A bit after that, we headed to the auditorium for music rehearsal.
The Sparrows cannot wait to perform for you all!
