Pajama Day always brings lots of smiles and excitement!
We kicked off our Friday Pajama Day with lower school assembly. The kindergarten classes presented facts about what they are studying (the human body and spiders).
Following assembly, we came back to our classroom to have morning meeting and a short choice time. During choice time, the teachers cooked pancakes and got ready for our special PJ Day snack! Once everything was ready, we walked over to 3rd grade to pair up with our buddies. Friends ate plain and chocolate chip pancakes, along with strawberries and blueberries! Friends enjoyed sitting together and eating a special yummy snack with their partners.
Soon 3rd grade had to go to gym, and the Sparrows had to clean up the classroom to go outside. As you know, the weather is absolutely perfect today! The sunshine and warmth is a nice change of pace, which all friends welcomed warmly!
The Sparrows decided to have lunch outside today. We could just not get enough of this weather!
